VERNITES has its production plant in Lonate Pozzolo, in the heart of the Ticino Park.
The company specializes in the production of water-based paints, using modern, automated systems operated by qualified personnel.

VERNITES
IS FOUNDED
The company was founded by Giuseppe Testa and his wife Silvana De Franceschi, who, drawing on experience gained in an international firm, launched the production of paints.
NATIONAL
PRESENCE
In the late 1980s, with the entry of their sons Fabrizio, Alessandro, and Paolo, the company established itself throughout the Italian territory.
TOWARD
SUSTAINABILITY
The management began designing a sustainable production model; the first water-based paints were formulated in the laboratory.
VERNITES GOES
INTERNATIONAL
The company fully converted its production from solvent-based to more ecological water-based paints, beginning to expand beyond national borders. Production shifted from artisanal to industrial, and products reached various European regions.
THE DIY LINE
IS BORN
To meet the needs of the DIY market, Aquatic was born: a Vernites brand dedicated to retail stores and non-professional users. THE AQUATIC LOGO IS LAUNCHED
VERNITES
TURNS 50
The company celebrates 50 years of activity, with an expanded production site and logistics space, which now includes administrative and commercial offices, the warehouse, and an application and training room. Lorenzo joins the team, marking the entry of the third generation of the family into the company.
VERNITES ACADEMY
IS BORN
VERNITES ACADEMY is established, an internal research lab where technicians and customers can explore the development of new products and participate in training and refresher courses.
VERNITES REACHES
CHINA AND AMERICA
The already consolidated distribution network in Europe, Australia, and Africa expands further. Product quality is recognized overseas as well, reaching both the Chinese and U.S. markets.
PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM
The company continues investing in sustainability by targeting energy independence, installing a next-generation photovoltaic system, adding the first electric vehicles to the company fleet, and further reducing environmental impact already minimized by low COV emissions from production.
